Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, undamaged packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center, making sure to include your RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
